In 2009, Elgin St. Thomas Public Health began a performance management and priority setting process known as Balanced Scorecard. Below is a copy of our corporate strategy map.

ESTPH has also developed strategy maps for the following program and service areas: family health, environmental health, infectious diseases, chronic disease and injury prevention and administration services.
