Elgin St. Thomas Public Health provides a variety of regular clinics to help you access screening, treatment and support.  Current clinics include sexual health, sexually transmitted infections, immunization, TB skin testing and parenting support through Baby and Me.  Some require an appointment and others are drop-in.

Elgin St.Thomas Public Health holds a walk-in clinic for individuals needing a TB skin test.

No appointment or health card is necessary.

  • Every Tuesday

  • 8:30am - 11:30am

  • Please Note: You will need to return to the Public Health office on Thursday (the same week as your test), no sooner than 48 hours after test administration to have your TB skin test read by a Registered Nurse.

  • If you have any questions about tuberculosis or skin testing please call the Health Protection Department at the Health Unit at 519-631-9900.
